I am having problems logging in. What am I doing wrong?

Check if you have typed the password correctly,

  • Passwords are case sensitive, so make sure you don't have Caps Lock On
  • Our computer generated passwords usually consist of all letters except the last two digits, which are numbers
    If you typed in your password incorrectly, you will be notified that your password has been sent to you.
    Best thing to do is simply copy and paste the password you were sent, and once you have login successfully, change your password to something you will remember.

Check if you have typed in your email address correctly

  • In the past we have found people typing in their email addresses incorrectly.
    For example:
    address@hotmail.com is typed in as address@hotmail.co.nz


I logged in, but now it's saying I have to login again?


If you are entering a Nationwide competition, this competition will be setup on the National MORE FM website, rather than your regional MORE FM sites.  As a result when you click on a National Competition banner, you will be taken to the National MORE website. 

You will then have to login onto the MORE FM National website to enter National competitions.  However, you cannot use your MORE FM Auckland/Canterbury/Wellington, etc login and password.  You will have to JOIN to the National MORE FM site, wait for your password, and login with the password you have been sent.


It said that my password has been emailed to me.  But I still haven't got it.  What can I do?

The most likely reason for this is your password has been classified as Spam by your ISP.  So check your Spam/Bulk Mail, and it should be there.


How do I change my email address?

Changing your email address is now easy. Simply LOGIN with your existing email address, then change your email address in the Edit Register page.
